To make certain your request is correctly and promptly processed, there are a few simple things you can do.
1. Be sure to send us your request at least 24 business hours prior to your deadline.
2. Make certain we have either a mailing address or fax number for the Bond Holder or Job Owner.
3. Provide details for any special procedures or requirements requested by the Bond Holder. If you have any questions about the requirements, please email or fax us a copy of applicable contracts and we will review them for you.
